If you created an account on the app, you have a hot wallet that would be an orange account. This does not ask to sign anything.

Cold wallet is blue and is created by creating an account on the titan and importing it via link cold wallet on the app. This will request you to sign any outgoing tx.

Hi, thanks to everyone who contacted me, this has now been resolved.
I originally created a wallet on the app and then connected it to the cold wallet. This should have been done the other way around.
The instructions that come with the device say to download the app and create a wallet, what I should have done is create the wallet on the device and then connect to the app.

Only sending to the wallet you don’t have to sign (QR) for but sending out from the wallet, you should have to scan both QR codes…

Do you have the Titan?

I had this problem when I first bought mine. Is your app screen orange or blue? If it’s orange it’s the hot wallet and you don’t have to sign for those transactions.

you just created a hot wallet in the app, not a cold wallet in the device which you then connect to the app via QR codes.

Hi, did you connect your cold wallet with APP? Please check if your account in APP is orange, it will be a hot wallet account.
