Just my opinion, if you have holdings that you are buying and selling for quick gains don’t even pull it off the exchange. The txn fees chew into profits on most tokens. Use hardware wallets for those long term holds, and for the long term holds I suggest building out a plan, you should have a basic timeline of how long until you are planning to sell and can be prepared for when the price gets to where you want to take profits.
