      Ich habe vor über einem Jahr aufgehört, KeepKey zu verwenden, da es beim Laden von Konten hängen blieb. Ich habe gerade die neueste App und die aktuellste Firmware installiert. Ich sehe immer noch, dass das Problem nie behoben wurde. Hat jemand eine Lösung für Ihr KeepKey-Gerät, das beim Laden von Konten stecken bleibt?

      If you have a large tx history or haven’t tried to load your accounts in a while, leave the app on loading accounts for 5-10 minutes.

      Also, try their new client on shapeshift.com

      Do you have multiple cryptos or just BTC and Eth? If you have trouble with Shapeshift, you can just use Electrum or MyEtherWallet.

      Can you open the dev console while KK client is loading? Go into the network activity tab. It’ll show you if it’s still really loading or if it’s just stuck doing nothing.

      I was having the same exact problem. Switched over to the usb cable that came with the KeepKey and it works perfect now. 🙂
