Administrator::Hallo zusammen,

Gast::> It should still be on the trezor right?
It should unless it was moved because your seed words were compromised.
Which service did you use to open your ETH wallet with? You need to follow the same path to get to it that you did initially. Website changes since you deposited it can make that confusing.
With MyEtherWallet (MEW):
1. Select ETH from the Trezor dropdown
2. Select MEW (the first option)
3. Select Access My Wallet
4. Select Hardware Wallets
5. Select Trezor
6. Select Connect My Trezor
7. Select Allow Once Per Session
8. Select Export
9. Select Accept the Terms
10. Then select whichever wallet you want from the list. The total balances will be shown for each wallet before you open them.If none of the wallets have a balance on the page, scroll through the next page and so on until you find one that does. Honestly it will probably be one of the first page ones though unless you wanted to use a later one for whatever reason.
With the other option, MyCrypto the process is similar.
If none of the accounts have a balance, log into the first one and check the activity. Rinse and repeat for each next account until you find one that does.
Another option is to copy the Ethereum wallet address when you get to step 10 from above and then search it on https://etherscan.io/ to see the total history. You can also look directly on the blockchain at https://www.etherchain.org/

Gast::i ran into the same issue with my ETH as well.
Try using trezor through metamask extension.
Note you do NOT have to enter a seed phrase when you import an account with trezor. (in case you download a fake metamask app)once I hooked it up there was like 10s of different ETH address and if you do have ETH on there there should an address with a balance that you can select.
I’ve been using metamask since.

Gast::Well ok, if you can clearly see the BTC why not pay your folk’s mortgage with bitcoin? This is a no brainer.
Now for your Eth problem. It is in one of those moronic sub-wallets that Trezor has, to set them apart from simplicity. Contact their „support group“ and plan to wait 21 to 45 days for some introductory fool to respond before they quit and are no longer available.
