Mein Vater hat kürzlich eine Trezor eingerichtet und sie mit seiner Exodus-Geldbörse verknüpft. Er hat fast alles auf die trezor übertragen und kann jetzt das Guthaben auf exodus sehen, aber er kann es nicht benutzen oder auf der trezor suite sehen. Auf der trezor sind 2 Brieftaschen zu sehen, die Standard-Wallet und die versteckte Wallet, die jeweils nur ein paar Dollar enthalten. Befindet sich sein Geld in einer versteckten Wallet, von der er nicht wusste, dass er sie erstellt hat und die nicht angezeigt wird, weil er die Passphrase braucht? Oder ist das etwas anderes? Für jede Hilfe wäre ich dankbar, damit ich weiß, ob wir weiterhin versuchen sollten, eine Passphrase zu erraten. In der Exodus-Wallet wird angezeigt, dass sich das Geld in einer Wallet namens my trezor befindet, aber in der trezor suite ist es nirgends zu finden.

Depending on the type of address (if it begins with bc1 or 3 or 1, you need to manually add that type of account on Suite. It defaults to bc1 (bech32), you need to add the account for (psh2) if address start with 3 or/and add the account for p2pkh if the btc accounts where the balance is start with 1

The BTC in Exodus is NOT the default format of BTC in Suite. It will be the older legacy BTC in Suite. So, that is possibly the reason you don’t see it. You aren’t looking in the correct Suite account.
So, in Suite, on the left, click the Add button to add another BTC account. It will give you 3 options. Add the option for the older style. (Or add all 3, it won’t hurt, and then look in all 3.)
Also, the address in Exodus will match the address in Suite once you find the correct one.
