I have no problems with Windows 10 and the keepkey device. Updated the firmware last week and everything is working fine.

      It’s not just Win10.

The first computer that started showing these problems for me was using Win7.

All I’m allowed to do now is update the firmware on the device, after that “no KeepKey detected” on all 4 units I own.

Still waiting for KK support on my ticket.

same for me. follows to every computer I use now, win7 and win10.

They released a client update w/ new FW today just a bit ago, but same results for me.

      Extremely extremely frustrating.

I’ve been having major problems that are listed in this post as well as others, and here is what we did to resolve, finally.

In the newest versions of the client, I was using the beta, if you double click on the settings icon, you are able to set a timeout for the device. Currently it is very short, but I moved mine to 15 minutes.

After moving it to 15 minutes and confirming on the device to save the change, I attempted to log in again. It took awhile, but this time it worked. I was able to pull up my funds and move everything off of the device.

I’m not 100% confident in putting things back on there quite yet, but at least I was able to access what I had and do with them what I needed.

Best of luck, hope this works for others!

On Windows 10,keepkey still works. With that being said I just moved everything to Ledger Nano.

Anyone ever find a fix for this? I’m about to move everything over to my Ledger because my KeepKey is nothing but a paperweight at this point and the dev team clearly doesn’t have any clue what they are doing. I’d still love to know if there has been a fix for this, and if so, what that fix is. Thanks!

FYI: My KeepKey is working fine under Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon using firmware v5.9.1, client v5.9.3.4. If you install Mint you may need to do this:
