2. Firmware version on your Ledger device
To check the firmware version, please follow these instructions:
Connect the USB cable to switch on the device.
Enter your PIN code to unlock the device.
Go to “Settings” and press both buttons to validate.
Go to “Firmware version” and press both buttons.
The firmware version is the number displayed under “Secure Element”.
3. Operating system and version you are using currently (Windows, Mac or Linux)
