Gast::Trezor can hold all those networks, not just ERC (Mainnet). Remember that Trezor works with way more coins than Suite does. Trezor is not Suite. Suite is just a convenient wallet that works with Trezor (just like MetaMask and Exodus works with Trezor)
BNB Network is not ERC network. If you have BNB ERC-20, it will show up in Suite. If you are on Binance Chain, then you need to use Binance Wallet (connected to Trezor). If you are on Binance Smart Chain, then you need to use MetaMask (connected to Trezor).

>Bonus question: I have a bit of MATIC (ERC-20) in Exodus. Is it possible to send that to Trezor, on the MATIC network to save fees? I’m guessing not, because Trezor probably needs to hold it in ERC-20 mode?
Trezor CAN hold both ERC and MATIC networks (remember that Trezor and Suite are not the same thing), but you can’t jump networks without some kind of bridge (if Exodus has a bridge built-in, then okay, that’s fine to use then). Whatever network the coins are on (Mainnet or Matic or Binance or whatever), that is the network they will stay on unless you use a bridge or use an exchange like a bridge. (Or if you can do a coin swap somewhere). Either way, you will have to pay the network fees to do that transfer.

Gast::You need to clarify if your Exodus wallet private key is different from your Trezor private key. Exodus can both be an interface for your Trezor device, as well as generate it’s own private key. Also, you need to clarify if by „BNB“ network you mean Binance Chain or Binance Smart Chain. https://www.makeuseof.com/binance-chain-vs-binance-smart-chain/ Both networks use BNB as their gas token. This is important because these are both different and distinct networks.
Assuming it’s BSC you’re talking about and if your Exodus and Trezor private keys are the same (they generate the same addresses), and you’re just using Exodus to interface with your Trezor device, then you need to ditch Exodus (for now), and interface Trezor with Metamask. Metamask will allow you to interact with bridges and let you transfer your BNB from BSC to Ethereum mainnet.
Same goes for your Matic on Ethereum mainnet.

Gast::Hi, so do I get it right that in Exodus you have your Exodus account (under its own seed), as well as Trezor account under a different seed?
If you are using Exodus interface with your Trezor account only, then the coins you use there are already protected by Trezor.
If the BNB you have is ERC20 token, then you always have to use the ETH (ERC20) network for transferring the funds.
It’s the same with MATIC – any ERC20 token always has to be used with the ETH network.
