Ich habe das gleiche Problem und ich denke, dass mein Anliegen auch nicht behandelt wird. Sie haben nach der Bestellnummer und/oder der Rechnung gefragt. Ich habe ihnen die Bestellnummer geschickt und nie eine Antwort erhalten. Ticketnummer oder Fallnummer: 87979
Ich denke, dieses Problem ist kein Zufall. Es ist klar, dass mit dem Gerät etwas nicht stimmt, wie auch andere berichtet haben. Warum sollte es sich zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt abdunkeln? Ich könnte verstehen, wenn es nicht funktionieren würde, wenn ich es fallen lassen würde oder wenn es physisch beschädigt wäre. Ich benutze meinen Nano S nur selten, daher ist es mir ein Rätsel, warum er ein Hardware-Problem aufweist. Die längste Zeit, die es eingesteckt ist, ist 3 Stunden.

I was promised to get a replacement and it’s 5 months later and I still haven’t received mine (my post got a lot of traction) even when the ceo went on my post, I’m still waiting on their email customer service to follow up. There’s other cold wallets out there like Trezor if you’re buying the ledger without Bluetooth it could be a good fit! A ton of people (me included) have received shoddy products due to quality control.
