Not much info to go on. Most common cause is off by one passphrase (`zjy3NCFP` instead of `zjyENCFP`), but since you didn’t mention passphrase, that might not be it. If you did a restore operation you may have restored poorly. With a 24 word seed there is a 0.4% chance of an off by one seed mnemonic (low probability). For 12 word seed there is a 6% chance of this happening.
Other problems are more generic like the Trezor simply isn’t connected. The question „is it plugged in“ comes up. For the Trezor 1, when the PIN is enabled you will know when it starts to talk to the device since you get the PIN matrix. But since you didn’t mention the PIN I assume it’s disabled.
To take metamask out of the mix, you could try the [TrezorConnect Explorer](https://trezor.github.io/connect-explorer/)
But these are all guesses. You’ll need to dig up some more info on your config for better guesses. Remember there is a log in metamask you can review but it’s rather randomly ordered so reuqires some processing to understand.
