Probably burn them all, any kind of scratch is definitely a sign of a hacker. In fact a lot of hackers like to leave fingerprints or micro scratches on the ledgers that they hack. In fact another thing they like to do is wrap them in plastic that’s more signs of hacking. Sometimes you can get around this by clicking your heels three times before you plug it in as that will defeat their software because the sound frequency your feet make when they click negates their transmissions

as long as ledger live tells you that the device checks out as genuine, you are fine.

however, i would burn some incense and make a small offering to Ganesh (the Hindu god known as „remover of obstacles“), as this cannot hurt.

It’s fine, I got mine but it looked pretty clean. Your ledger live will confirm if it’s genuine or not.

They also had to update them all last minute, so that could have been when the were marked up

I’ve seen a lot of people complain about little scratches and both of mine came with micro scratches.

My guess is just sloppy handling in the factory.
