Mein Trezor One nimmt keine Firmware-Updates mehr an. Anfangs funktionierte es gut, aber seit den letzten 5 oder 6 Updates führt es die Aktualisierungen einfach nicht mehr aus. Ich glaube, dass er, obwohl ich ihn immer wie feines Porzellan behandelt habe, aus irgendeinem unbekannten Grund defekt geworden ist. Im Moment kann ich noch auf die BTC in dieser Wallet zugreifen. Das Problem ist jedoch, dass ich nicht auf die ETH zugreifen kann, auf die ich zuvor über die MyEtherWallet- und MyCrypto-Links zugreifen konnte, weil die Trezor Bridge ohne das Firmware-Update nicht mehr funktioniert. Das ist eine echte Zwickmühle. Also, meine Fragen sind:
1) Muss ich mir einen neuen Trezor besorgen und ihn einrichten?
2) Wenn ich das tue, kann ich dann nach der Einrichtung auf die BTC und ETH auf der neuen Trezor One zugreifen? Was ist erforderlich, damit ich dies tun kann? Ist es ein einfacher, unkomplizierter Prozess? Muss (und kann) ich meine Seed-Phrase verwenden, um alle Wallets und Kryptowährungen auf die neue Wallet zu importieren/übertragen? Oder gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit, dies zu bewerkstelligen?
3) Wird die Umstellung der Trezor Suite am 31. Januar dazu führen, dass ich bis dahin nichts tun muss? Oder muss ich mich vor diesem Datum um diese Probleme kümmern?
Unabhängige Anmerkung: Ich habe zuvor ein Trezor Model T gekauft, aber ich mag es überhaupt nicht, weil es mir unmöglich ist, die Tasten darauf genau auszuwählen; sie sind so winzig – lächerlich! absolut unbrauchbar.

Hi, I am sorry you’re having troubles with updating your Trezor. It seems you have a very outdated firmware, that’s why you’re unable to sign an ETH transaction in Trezor Suite. Please use the legacy version of MyCrypto instead [https://legacy.mycrypto.com/](https://legacy.mycrypto.com/)
Now to the issue. Have you tried updating it on another computer? Using a different cable would be also helpful. I would also kindly ask you to create a ticket at [https://trezor.io/support/technical/issue/](https://trezor.io/support/technical/issue/) and our Support agents will troubleshoot.
If your device really is defective and can’t be used anymore, you can simply import your seed to a) another Trezor b) a different compatible hardware wallet c) a compatible online wallet (last resort). Your seed is a key to all your coins, be it BTC or ETH.
You don’t need to worry about the old Trezor Wallet deprecation. It is not going to change anything for you, you’ll be using Trezor Suite the same way you were using the old Trezor Wallet. -

You could probably use the „Apple Pencil“ or a cheap generic scribe on it. I have a bag full of scribes since android is impossible with mittens.
If you still have your TT, just see if it will take any updates. If so, then tinker with your T1 to see if you can’t fix it. Possible things to tinker with:
1. New cable (yes, a new cable)
2. Try on Android (different USB power rules)
3. Try from Bootloader
4. Try doing the firmware update in r/Tails
5. Try wipe operation from bootloader (to delete firmware)If you get to #4 it may require installing TrezorCTL on your system, or booting into r/Tails to do the wipe
