      Hallo,

Hi, we can confirm that there was no database leak from our side. Actually, all the user data associated with orders from our eshop is anonymized automatically after 90 days from the purchase.
Your email address could have leaked with the Ledger’s database and scammers just tried their luck if you are a Trezor user as well, or you have used the email address on some crypto related website etc. I guess we could come up with many similar scenarios.

I ordered a ledger and Trezor. Being flooded with phishing attempts. Also metamask and all wallets you can think of. I use fake names and burner emails so it’s easy to know when scams address me by the name “pee pee poo poo” but this shit is out of control

      Was the scammer called „Trezor-Support“?

That idiot contacted me by IM on here saying I needed to verify my Trezor on a website called wallet connect.

Its all a big scam, they just browse the forums, see someone posting a support question and jump on them like flies.

Try it, post some support question, say you got tons of money in your wallet and wait for the flies to bite.

That is scary, any idea how they got your email?

That is horrific – especially with all of those I-got-all-my-coins-stolen-for-no-reason posts floating around.

How on earth do they have your email AND know you have a Trezor? If anyone else has had the same experience, they ought to share it asap, so we can figure out, how it came about.

      Thanks for letting us know.
