Just had this issue. Works with Brave browser but not with Chrome or Firefox for whatever reason.

Same. Tried chrome, brave, and Firefox. I’ve tried ledger live & HID, blind signing on, etc.

I’m basically locked out of my NFT assets due to this update.

I had the polygon app on ledger live. Signed into my ledger on polygon chain. Then it worked. Seems like a eth net issue.

Ok, other people experiencing the same problem. Good. Not good but you know, it’s not just me.

I have the same issue, metamask can’t load my ledger accounts anymore. Few days ago it all worked fine. Everything goes well untill „looking for your ledger…“ pops up & it won’t stop loading.. i can’t acces my SGB & NFT’s anymore 🙁 lets hope this will be fixed soon.

you need to have the ethereum app open!

When this happens to me, here is what I do to fix the communication between MM and my ledger:

1 – quit the Ethereum app on the ledger

2 – MM > settings > advanced > reset account

3 – In the browser extension dashboard, disable, then re-enable the MM extension

4 – restart the Ethereum app on the ledger

5 – Reload the browser page that interacts with MM

You will need to login again into your MM

On Chrome, this usually fixes the communication issues between MM and my ledger.

Try clearing your browser’s cache

I had this same issue . I tried using Firefox browser and was stuck adding hardware wallet .

I’m also having an issue where the confirm transaction button is greyed out and won’t let me click no matter if I’m in full screen or not .
