There is also a difference between seeing it in trezor (if you selected to remember the wallet, for example to see the balance even when the trezor isn’t physically connected) suite and actually accessing it. Unless you changed the name, it would also state if it is ahidden wallet in it’s name. If it is hidden, then it uses a passphrase. Heck if using a passphrase is enabled in suite, also the standard wallet would have a passphrase, with an empty passphrase.
If indeed a passphrase was used – OP should know if this is the case – then also trezor would ask for it to be able to send funds out for example.
So I’d first see what you can do with the intended wallet within trezor suite.
I also assume you use metamask for coins that trezor suite doesn’t support?
Btw do not, under any circumstance listen to what anyone says or asks you in a DM. All scammers… if at all, you should be able to be helped out in the open. As long as you don’t provide any credentials nor the seed nor „sync“ your wallet with any other service (aski g you to provide your seed to do so, a big red flag!), you’d be fine here.
