It is possible that this is just a display issue.
When you looked at your address on Etherscan did you see that any Ethereum was sent from your account?
If there wasn’t any Ethereum that was sent out, it means that Ledger Live has a display issue.
Please make sure that Ledger Live is updated to version 2.47.
After that you need to clear the cache in Ledger Live to force Ledger Live to synchronize with the Blockchain.
To clear the cache in Ledger Live you click on Settings > Help > Clear Cache
