Glad to see you’re taking my advice but your best bet isn’t reddit but actual real life human beings that work with electronics. Or even using Google to find businesses locally. Worst comes to worse, take a flight to Ledger in Paris, explain the situation, get help.
Just sending it off somewhere probably isn’t a good idea either. Your biggest issue is that you can’t get into the device and you can’t recover it since you don’t have your seed. The last thing you need is someone to fiddle around with it and just either destroy it completely or accidentally reset it.
