I’m assuming your device is unlocked and you signed the initial contract on your ledger to show addresses, balance, etc when you attempted to connect?
If all else fails, if you have metamask, just go to lido.fi and do it that way. Its exaclty the same process. LL is great to aggregate and upload apps onto Ledger but imo Metamask is far superior in use case and functionality.
