If you plan to do that, then you have no reason to own a Ledger. If you want to use Electrum, then just Electrum forever and always.

Once your seed phrase loses its virginity, it stops being a virgin forever.
Deleting that wallet immediately after doesn’t change the fact that your seed phrase was on the computer at one point in the past.
