I’ll assume that this is a MEW account that is NOT paired to Trezor already. If so, no, there is no external watch-wallet support in Trezor.
But if it is a MEW-trezor-paired wallet, then yes, it should show up. You just need to remember the passphrase for it, or possibly the derivation.
