Trezor One allows you to enter the passphrase only using a desktop, but without having access to your seed, the passphrase alone would be of any use. Keep your seed safe (never store it in a digital form) and you have nothing to worry.
If you’d rather have a device that allows you to type the passphrase on its screen though, go for Trezor Model T with a touchscreen.
