Hi, since you’ve already tried the findETH tool and the result was that the searched address was not found, it means you were using a wrong private keys in Trezor.
The private keys are associated with your seed and a passphrase, if you use any.
Since majority of similar issues is caused by a wrong passphrase, it is worth to focus on that, even if you’re saying you’ve never used it.
Some people have misplaced passphrase for PIN, could that be your case?
If you’re 100% certain you’ve never used passphrase, not even accidentally, leave the passphrase dialogue window blank and hit enter.
If not even then you can see the desired addresses, you do not have a correct seed in Trezor, there are no other scenarios. Wiping Trezor and importing to it the correct seed would get you to the wallet you’re searching for.
To sum it up, it’s either a wrong seed, or a wrong passphrase.
