You will only have one active at a time. You should check the validate on https://polkadot.js.org/apps/#/staking to make sure it’s not oversubscribed. Also payouts for the previous era happens sometime in the morning but as last the afternoon. You can also look up your own id on subscan.io to see if rewards were paid out. Sometimes Ledger doesn’t show the reward. Note some validators are so oversubscribed that even having over 200 DOT won’t get you a reward
