Hey there, first of all, apologies for the issues with the exchange partner Changelly. We will be following this up with them, after we get more information from our Support Team, since there have been more reports about the recent unreliability.
That being said, I am inclined to believe that this might have indeed been a temporary issue, that was not necessarily Changelly’s fault, as Trezor users have historically made thousands of trades via this integration without a problem.
Nonetheless, if you do not trust Changelly anymore, I understand that. This is why we do not rely on one single partner, but instead offer a wider array of exchange partners you can pick, and recently, we have been adding those who do not require KYC under any circumstances.
