In the future always perform a sign-message with the receiving address to ensure your Trezor is connected. Loosing your ETH derivation or passphrase is a very common problem. Tools like [FindETH](https://github.com/Mrtenz/FindETH) can help, but take care not to share any seed-data with any tools like that.
