Hi, do I get it right that you are not able to see a correct balance in Trezor Suite?
If you can access Trezor Suite, your device does not have any connection issues – it rather seems you’re unable to find the right wallet where your coins are.
Let me ask the following questions:
Do you use passphrase?
Have you recovered your wallet with a seed recently?
However, to make it clear, after the firmware update are you unable to access just Exodus, or Trezor Suite as well?
