If you are using your Trezor correctly then you should have the same addresses in Trezor suite and in metamask. (Unless you are using a passphrase in one and not the other)
If using your Trezor then it doesn’t matter what happens with the Metamask extension… That said you should also be aware that Metamask will always have some software-wallet based accounts in there too, so unless you have imported the account from your hardware wallets and are storing funds there, you aren’t actually storing anything on the Trezor.
