MM supports BSC if you configure it to connect to the BSC network, regardless of the account you use.
You should transfer everything to the accounts „Ledger 1“ (i.e. the account marked „ledger“ or „hardware“), because that’s the only account secured by your ledger.
Gas fees must be paid for each transfer, of course. The fee is paid in the native coin of the network you are connected with (e.g. ETH if you are on the Ethereum network, and BNB if you are on the BSC network)..
