This is because you put your seed phrase directly into your phone, so you are not actually protected by the Trezor at all.
In this situation, it is highly recommended that you wipe (start all over) and create a new Trezor wallet, send everything from the old wallet to that new wallet, stop using the old wallet, and then NEVER type that new seed phrase into your phone (or anywhere).
