      Dieses Problem tritt beim Nano X auf.

      Ich habe alle Schritte versucht, die in der Anleitung für dieses Problem aufgeführt sind, und das Problem besteht weiterhin.

      Was sind die Optionen für dieses Problem?

      Ich kann mich nicht mit dem Support in Verbindung setzen.

      Denn alles, was der Chatbot tut, ist nichts, nachdem ich die Stelle erreicht und mein Problem ausgewählt habe. Seit 40 Minuten gibt es keinen Fortschritt mehr.

      Try an old charger, 1.5 amps. For some reason it was the only way I got it to actually charge USB 2.0 and higher wasnt working

      I experienced this same issue. This is a very well known issue and Ledger seems to have taken responsibility for it. If you have gone through all Ledger’s troubleshooting suggestions and still getting error then you have a broken device and have to get a ledger support case opened via their chat widget on ledger live website. The bot is annoying but keep trying to work through its process. Once you get through to someone they will open a case and communicate via email. Within about 2 to 3 weeks I received a brand new Ledger Nano X directly from Ledger. I did have to wipe my old ledger and send it back to Ledger first. They pay for the shipping via sending you a DHL shipping label. All I had to do was put it back in its box and drop off with DHL. I was surprised how quickly and smoothly everything went! Because I was concerned about not having access to my crypto while I was dealing with this issue I did order a nano s plus and waited to receive it before wiping nano x. Now I have 2. Always good to have a back-up!

      The chat bot should give you a chance to open a support ticket if you work through it’s options. I suggest reloading the page and trying again if you haven’t already.

      I hope you get your issue resolved and I’m glad I didn’t buy the Nano X. That whole battery charging aspect I knew would be a point of failure if something goes wrong.

      If it is an older version, May be defective.
      I had the same problem early on, and they sent a new one.
      Unfortunately, online support is horrible. Took 2 weeks to answer via email and no way to contact them directly. Back and forth discussion is extremely difficult

      Drain your battery event it show 0% keep turn it on until complete dead with no response. Then try charge. It work for me. gl

      I had the same issue I got in contact with them and I sent a video of the nano not working properly they’ll send you a replacement if you send them your old one
