If you’re using an exchange such as CoinBase and they’re using smart contacts to send there ETH then you cannot see it using the Trezor Suite Interface (a very huge flaw with Trezor right now regarding ETH)
Go to Etherscan, put in your receiving address and then check “internal txns”, and you should be able to see those transfers (that’s assuming you did transfer to the right address).
Also, to see that in your wallet you must connect your Trezor into a different wallet interface with such capabilities of seeing these transactions such as MetaMask. You NEED to use these other wallet interfaces to interact with those ETH transactions (Yes I know, it sucks. Trezor needs to make this an immediate priority because I’ve answered this concern a dozen times. I got a Ledger because of this unfortunately).
