Ich habe versucht, etwas ALGO von Coinbase an meinen Ledger Nano X zu senden.

Transaktion ging durch und ich bekam eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail von Coinbase.

Die ALGO wurde an die richtige Wallet gesendet und die Transaktion wird auf Algoexplorer als abgeschlossen angezeigt, aber ich habe immer noch 0 ALGO auf Ledger Live.

Das war vor Stunden. Was kann ich tun?

Did you try clearing cache in the Ledger Live’s settings menu, under the Help submenu? That forces a resync from the blockchain and can often fix missing transactions.

Same to me, i sent complete from Binance, but now Ledger still show zero ALgo. If you have any information about this case, please let me know. Thank you

Try deleting the Algo account in ledger live then adding it again.

Hello,

We had an issue with the Algorand explorer yesterday. The issue might be related to that.

Have you already cleared the cache in Ledger Live? Clearing the cache in Ledger Live forces Ledger Live to synchronize with the Blockchain.

To clear the cache you need to click on settings> help> clear cache

Max, use algoexplorer.io any time you need to see if a transaction went thru. I’m glad you got your algo. I’ve never had it take any more than a few seconds EXCEPT when taking off coinbase. But it’s been a while since that has happened for me.
