Hallo,

Ich versuche, ein Verbindungsproblem zwischen Brave, MetaMask und Ledger zu beheben. Ich habe Probleme beim Signieren einer Transaktion mit der Ethereum-App auf meinem Hardware-Gerät. Ich habe frühere Beiträge von vor ein paar Monaten gesehen, in denen das gleiche Problem beschrieben wurde, aber bei mir funktioniert nichts. Derzeit kann ich die Transaktion nicht einmal an das Gerät „übermitteln“, da die Option in MM ausgegraut ist.

Hat jemand einen Rat? Mein Browser ist vollständig aktualisiert und funktioniert auch sonst. Mein Ledger funktioniert problemlos mit anderen Anwendungen wie Cosmos.

1: Make sure that blind signing is turned on for your Eth app. (it gets turned off automatically after a firmware update.

2: Try do what they recommend („go to full screen to connect your Ledger“) as above in blue – just click on it.

You’ll want to make sure your browser is fully updated, first and foremost.

Based off of your screenshot, we can see you have WebHID selected within MetaMask (this is ideal). There’s also the possibility that another extension may be trying to overpower MetaMask and so you should disable any other extensions that you’re actively using (especially if they’ve been previously connected to your Ledger as a 3rd party wallet).

In the case you’re still not getting connection, I would suggest trying another browser with MetaMask (and ensuring WebHID is connected), or alternatively you can always try another Ethereum-based wallet like [MyEtherWallet](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005200009-Connect-your-Ledger-to-MyEtherWallet-MEW-?docs=true), [Taho](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/10485619691677-Connect-your-Ledger-to-Taho?docs=true), [MyCrypto](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008268594-Set-up-and-use-MyCrypto?docs=true) (and many more).

I had the same issue with Firefox unable to sign contracts. Deleted the Ledger account from metamask and haven’t been able to add the ledger back. Looked at extensions, u2f. Nothing worked so assumed the latest Mozilla release buggered something.

Used edge, metamask, ledger no issues.

Looks like I have to jump ship to edge as my default
