Sehr enttäuscht, dass Trezor mit Changelly verbunden ist. Ich vertraute ihnen nur, weil changelly auf den Austausch-Funktion sind.

Nach dem Senden meiner btc haben sie gehalten und eingefroren die TX.

Ich habe KYC zur Verfügung gestellt und bin immer noch für meine Münzen warten. Eine schnelle Google zeigt, dass dies ein gemeinsames Auftreten ist.

Just a story:

A friend used Changelly for progressively larger transactions.
$10-30K was fine, but a $200K transaction was frozen.

He called Changelly and they asked to provide KYC.

After he provided KYC, they told him they do not support his state but will let it slide this one time and completed the exchange.

Anyway, I don’t know what the KYC thresholds are, but under $20K seems to be fine.

First of all, sorry for this experience. While you are correct that there are a lot of complaints and reviews online about this practice being common, this is mostly because people don’t tend to report when things work. There are also thousands of issue-less exchange transactions going through without any problen. This is the reason Changelly remains a partner.

Under each of the offer in the integrated exchanges, there is a KYC policy of the provider. Some of the partners reserve a right to hold txs for verification. Others don’t. (There is also a DEX integration now.) We don’t know the triggers for verification either, since those are internal policies, but they don’t happen too often.

In any case, please dm me your exchange transaction ID, I’ll try to get the funds released asap.

Why would anyone use a swap service build into a hardware wallet (or any wallet)? I don’t get it. Just use an exchange (dex or cex) like a normal person.

It is generally recommended here to use your favorite external exchange instead of the built-in exchanges.

Regardless, a lot of people use Changelly successfully. Any questions regarding their policies should be directed towards Changelly and not Trezor.

There have been instances of freezing at much lower amounts too.

I used to endorse them. Never again. They cherry pick and they are criminals.

I am currently waiting for a bank statement i have ordered which shows btc transactions from a while back. I will submit the statement.

If they still refuse to release me funds I will file a report with Hong Kong police and hire an attorney.

The amount involved is very large and this is a very stressful experience
