If your seed/privatekey is in the hands of someone else, it doesn’t matter when and if you unplugged your trezor.

judging by reading the comments below, seems like a dodgy smart contract you were using may have caused it! once you give permission to a smart contract they can withdraw funds without your permission or confirming a tx from a hardware wallet; using a loop hole in a contract

Are your funds is Ethereum and its assets?
The thing is that when you authorize and approve an exchange transition on a decentralized exchange you are approving and authorizing unlimited amount by default and it can be used any time by the same shady DEX.
