It’s mainly going to be a pain for you to manage. You will need to remember X different passphrases, Suite operation will be slower (because for each „wallet“ it needs to go through all enabled coins, because it doesn’t know that you only intend to use one per wallet), I’m not sure how Suite displays portfolios across wallets but I’d expect it won’t be all in one place.

In terms of security, I don’t see any significant benefits over one passphrase to rule them all. As long as your seed is secure, problem with one coin will not affect the others anyway. If your seed is stolen, the thief still needs to know the passphrase — and if you assume one of your passphrases is stolen, why do you think that _only that one_ was stolen? E.g., if you are entering passphrase on PC and have a keylogger, it will catch all of them.

It would make sense if you wanted to strongly separate the wallets for reasons like plausible deniability. You would be able to claim that you only hold Bitcoin and prove it by unlocking the Bitcoin wallet — while keeping secret that you also hold Ethereum. (of course, if Ethereum is enabled in Suite or if there’s a Metamask account on your PC, these are strong hints that you’re not telling everything)

Not worth the hassle and pain tbh
