Hallo zusammen, mein Ledger-Gerät, das ich im letzten Sommer gekauft habe, litt unter dem Problem der leeren Batterie und ist im Grunde unbrauchbar, wenn es nicht an die Steckdose angeschlossen ist. Es hat Monate gedauert, bis ledger auf dieses anfängliche Problem reagiert hat und mir wurde ein kostenloser Ersatz versprochen. 5 Monate später habe ich ihn immer noch nicht erhalten. Das ist wohl der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe.

Quality control is shocking. Mine arrived with a dead pixel but I didn’t dare return it because I was worried my replacement would have worse issues.

First off, my Ledger device works fine.

However, with the number of these topics I read and with two Ledger employees in this thread (one a co-founder!) could one of you please explain why you can’t sort out customer service?

You can be here to ask for ticket numbers, why can’t you just do the same with standard customer service?

Have you tried restoring the ledger?

I have seen 3 cases, including mine, that after creating the wallet, if you reset and install the keys/apps the problem disappeared and the ledger battery starts charging.
