Ich habe ein Service-Ticket für zwei neue Ledger-Geräte angefordert, bei denen der Fehler „Error: Cannot
Batterie aufladen“.
Ich habe insgesamt 4 Geräte gekauft und 2 hatten diesen Fehler. Ich habe keine Antwort erhalten.

Alle wurden von der Ledger-Website gekauft und der Fehler trat nach dem Update auf 2.02 mit Ledger Live (Mac) auf.
Wir sind für jede Hilfe dankbar.

Just a heads up. I had two Ledger Nano Xs that charged fine. Then one day, after a month sitting in a safe, they stopped charging at all. Then i plugged them in (they would still run plugged in USB) and updated them both. Both started charging again like nothing happened.

ya takes about a week for a response from them, so if you need to send email back and forth a few times the process will be a few weeks. just FYI

No expert here, but I’m familiar with the Ledger nano x.
If two are working with update and two are not…I’d use the provided Ledger USB cable that works with the good two, with the bad two. If still a problem, why not just return the bad two to ledger? I would hope that is possible.
