Meine Wallet ist ein Nano S. Ich habe sie einmal aus Sicherheitsgründen zurückgesetzt. Aber jetzt kann ich kein Geld an meine Wallet im ERC20-Netzwerk senden; ich kann nur USDC in den Netzwerken Polygon und BSC einzahlen.

Wenn ich auf Ledger Live auf die Schaltfläche „Empfangen“ klicke, erhalte ich die folgende Fehlermeldung: „Etwas ist schief gelaufen – Bitte überprüfen Sie, ob Ihre Hardware-Wallet mit der Wiederherstellungsphrase(…) konfiguriert ist“
Was sollte ich tun?

The accounts you have showing in Ledger Live are linked to your old 24 word recovery phrase. You need to add new accounts in Ledger Live if you’ve changed the phrase on your device. (you can also delete the old accounts there if you aren’t going to be using them anymore)

This error means that the accounts you are trying to access were created with a ledger that had a different recovery/seed phrase (i.e. different from the one that is currently in your connected ledger). Maybe this was an old seed phrase, and you now use a new one after resetting your device?

In order to access those accounts, you need either another ledger device in which you enter your „old“ seed phrase, or you could reset your device and enter your old seed phrase in it.

of course resetting your device to enter the old seed phrase could be a bit more risky in case you didn’t write down properly your new / current seed phrase, so before doing that, you should check that you have written down your current seed phrase, and you can do that with the „recovery check“ app that you can install on your ledger.

Do u have more than 1 ledger device? If so, try the other device(s).

If u have ever reset ur ledger and generated a diff recovery phrase – this could also explain y ur getting this message.

Accounts made by a certain recovery phrase can only be controlled by that exact recovery phrase (if u have multiple ledgers w diff recovery phrases , this is y u wanna try the diff ledgers n see which one works).
