Ich habe den Nano X dem S vorgezogen, da ich keinen einfachen Zugang zu einem Desktop/Laptop habe und ihn mit meinem iPhone über Bluetooth verwenden möchte. Es scheint jedoch, dass ich ein Firmware-Update durchführen muss. Brauche ich dafür unbedingt die Desktop-App oder gibt es einen Workaround?

Sorry, I’m not sure if this works for iPhone. I’m on Android and was able to update my nano x firmware through the mobile app using usb c – c cable.

Annoying I know. But a desktop app is required. At the very least I don’t know why they can allow the iPad to update the firmware.

Android allows you to push the update via Ledger Live

Hey, to add to the helpful comments, you can also borrow a close friend or relative’s PC, perform the necessary updates and then delete Ledger Live from their PC. Make sure to install Ledger Live from Ledger.com only!

You can update the firmware through ledger live mobile app. You just need a usbc to iPhone cable.
