1/ You can send your Polygon assets directly to your Ledger-protected Polygon account. WETH is supported in Ledger Live so it will display directly under your Polygon account in Ledger Live:

2/ Same for NFTs. However, they’re not visible in Ledger Live yet. You’ll have to check them via MetaMask or NFTs marketplaces, like OpenSea:
