Try the following:
1. `old-wallet.trezor.io` because it’s old and your FW may be old
2. `suite.trezor.io/web` though you might want to update FW first
3. `trezor.github.io/connect-explorer/#/method/getFeatures` – uses bridge
4. `127.0.0.1:21325/status` – your bridge status page
5. Try all of the above with a different browser
6. Try them on a different computer
7. Try updating your firmware (FW) as well
8. Try swapping out cables (I know… „its not the cable“).
Can’t guarantee what will work, but if any of them do anything then it will inform us as to what is broken.
