You compromised your seed phrase somehow, that’s the only way this could have happened. If someone else gets your seed phrase, they don’t need your device at all.

I figured the mess out and how they got in.

Malwarebytes detected a Riskware.Net support on the 28th. Which I believe is a RAT type malware.

Looking at the search history on Chrome on MY computer
From yesterday morning: possibly they remoted in on Chrome desktop or windows remote desktop as this was open on a another laptop on my network (plex server)

A cookie bros chrome extension was installed from the chrome web store its there you can find it

Cookie bro editor with a line of characters was visited

      Then password manager

      Then keep notes

Sign in on Google accounts 1 and 2

Then, Robin hood, Etoro, Nexo, Block fi, Binance sign ins and on and on.

I believe with all of my 2 factors set up it was all bypassed as they were in my browser „as me“ where everything was already logged in.

I understand there’s scam and fake shit going on in this community, but I can tell is Iam a real person, that got absolutely reamed and kicked to the curb. Take it easy thanks

So many Ledger disinformation campaigns being posted by mouth breathers. They never sound genuine at all. I’m just waiting for some guy to suggest Cold Card, seems to be the formula.

Did you store your seed phrase on your phone or computer? Take a picture of your seed phrase? Has Ledger Live ever asked you to type the 24 words into the program on your computer?

Your cryptos are NOT inside or stored in your physical wallet.

Looks like someone, or something, got a hold of your seed phrase and/or some personal information as well.

Ledger does not have an app on the Windows App Store you half to download it from their official download link. If you entered your 24 words on any Windows App Store application it’s a SCAM.

Hello, these are always tricky situations and I understand your frustration. We feel for all our users who encounter this. It would be best in this case to open a ticket with us here: [support.ledger.com/hc/en-us](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us)

To further clarify, the 24 words that protect your funds have no way to be extracted from the device, but there are other ways they can be compromised: [https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/7624842382621-Loss-of-funds?support=trueMaybe](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/7624842382621-Loss-of-funds?support=trueMaybe)

Please share with us your ticket number in a reply to this comment once you have it
