Hat Ledger schon ein neues Update herausgebracht, um das Softwareproblem zu beheben, das die Leute hatten? (z. B. Bluetooth-Synchronisierungsprobleme usw.)

Ich habe letzte Woche gelesen, dass Leute Probleme mit Ledger Live haben, nachdem sie das letzte Update gemacht haben.

Ich wollte nur wissen, ob dieses Problem bereits behoben wurde?

Mine works fine now on Android (the Bluetooth connection). I’m pretty sure it was fixed in the latest update.

Hi the issue with the Bluetooth fixed for android smartphone users. Our teams are still working on deploying the fix for iOS users. The delay is due to apple guidelines. In the meantime you can try the following troubleshooting steps to fix this.

– go to the “My Ledger” tab, and do “Pair with bluetooth” (this open the bluetooth scanning screen – no need to do anything on this screen)
– then go back to My Ledger, and try to connect to the device again

Not fixed on ios for me. Still need to reset bluetooth every day.
