Hi! Sorry to hear that.
Could you please try the following steps to fix this issue:
1. Update Ledger Live: Either by clicking the update notification in the app or by reinstalling from our website.
2. Install the latest app versions in the Manager in Ledger Live. You can safely uninstall and reinstall apps without losing access to your crypto accounts, as your private keys always stay secure on your device.
3. Clear cache: Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner to access the Settings, go to the Help tab and use the Clear cache option.
4. Re-add accounts: Click on an account in the Accounts list. Click on the wrench icon to edit the account and delete it. Now add the account back again. Instructions are found here.
5. Disable every activated Experimental feature in Ledger Live:
6. Open Ledger Live and go to the Settings > Experimental features > Disable everything except (Developer mode).
7. Normally, if you are using the right recovery phrase with your Ledger device, you should be able to see the transaction history for your account with the right balance after re-importing it.
Hope this helps 🙂
