Hilfe, mein Trezor hat sich nach dem Firmware-Update zurückgesetzt

Guten Tag!

Wie der Titel schon sagt, hat sich mein Trezor zurückgesetzt und nachdem ich alles mit meinem Seed neu eingerichtet hatte, konnte ich mich bei keinem meiner Ronin-Konten anmelden oder irgendwelche Bewegungen ausführen. Ich habe versucht, den Trezor zu löschen und neu einzurichten, den Cache zu löschen, neu zu starten, alles.

Jetzt habe ich Ronin Wallet neu installiert und alle Trezor-Konten wieder mit dem Gerät verknüpft, aber die Konten haben alle unterschiedliche Adressen! (Ich habe sowohl in trezor als auch in ronin denselben Seed verwendet)

Wo sind meine Konten? Warum funktioniert nichts, wenn ich denselben Seed eingebe?

Ich bin wirklich sehr verwirrt von all dem 🙁

Did you use a seed phrase (25th word) as well? That’s the only thing that I can think of that you might be missing if you restored it.

PS: I am sure there is an actual term for it, just can’t remember it, feel free to comment and i’ll update the comment.

Hi, you mentioned that you wiped the device and tried to set it up again with a 24 words seed, although your original seed was 12 words long.
That is not how it works though, as you have to recover a seed that you know for sure is associated with the addresses you’re searching for.

When you connected your Trezor to the Ronin wallet for the first time, I assume you were asked to enter a passphrase.
If that is right, now you have to type in the exact passphrase again, when accessing Ronin with Trezor.

Now wipe the device again and make sure you’ll import the correct seed to it first.

The same seed phrase plus optional passphrase will ALWAYS generate the same addresses.

If you addresses are different, then you have entered something different this time compared to previously.

That is the only way this can happen.
