Ich habe meine Seed-Phrase verloren (beide Kopien…) und meine 3 Pin-Code-Versuche sind fehlgeschlagen (habe die 8 Ziffern nach 3 Jahren vergessen). Ist das Guthaben komplett verloren? Ich habe Gerüchte gehört, dass man ihn irgendwie knacken und die PIN aushebeln kann? Ich weiß mehr oder weniger, was es ist, also würde es nicht viele Versuche brauchen.

I am sorry to say that your funds are lost forever. There was an exploit on old versions of Trezor, but not Ledger.

I am not a technical expert but I don’t think there’s much to bruteforce now as the device was wiped after entering 3 incorrect pin code

You can only brute force if you have less than 5 words missing. Anything above 5 words is pretty impossible.

You funds are inaccessible until you find your 24 word recovery/ seed phrase.

Start searching for it in your stuff.

When you entered the 3rd PIN wrong, your ledger did reset and erased the copy of the seed phrase that was stored in it.

So even if there was a way to bypass the PIN (there is not), it would not help you now that your ledger has reset and wiped off its serdphrase.

How much did you lose, roughly?

I believe that was a Trezor that was brute forced to get the PIN.

Crack was for a trezor on old firmware done by a professional hardware hacker. The memory on your ledger has been erased and there is no known hardware vulnerability for a ledger. You would need the seed phrase to recover the wallet.
