Ich habe soeben 114.688 XRP als Testlauf in die Ellipal-App transferiert. Die Blockchain zeigt einen erfolgreichen Transfer an, aber es gibt keine XRP in der App. Ich bin überhaupt nicht erfreut, jeder Austausch, den ich verwendet habe, wenn die Kette sagt erfolgreich die XRP zeigt sich in Sekunden, es war eine Stunde und nichts. Wenn es 2 Tage dauert, um anzukommen, werde ich auf jeden Fall für die volle Rückerstattung zurückkehren.

Does it show in the ellipal app the transaction but the balance is still zero? If so it will come. Honestly if it’s the first transfer it could take a day sadly. Was it sent from an exchange or a private wallet? Transfers from exchanges aren’t the same transaction speed as normal XRP. I love my ellipal but I am only using it for long term deep cold storage. The app needs updating. I use other cold wallets for doing things like staking etc.

Edit: I have sent XRP to my ellipal many times and the app takes a long time to update for sure.

Power down and then restart the device. That usually gets the balance to update.

I had a similar experience two days ago. It took 7 hours before the balance reflected. I checked my Ellipad transaction history it empty but it redirected to a page where I could see the XRP has successfully credited the Ellipad add but not reflecting on the cold wallet balance, later it appeared. I think it’s wise for Ellipad to modify their system for tag infos for Altcoins that required it. Maybe leaving the tag info reference field empty causes some of the delays.

The app takes time to show the balance. Click on the xrp itself then you will see recent transaction history. Click on the transaction in question and look at the bottom of the screen and see details. You will be on the xrp ledger and see if it was successful. If so your good. Double check your address received. You can always check your balance on the xrp ledger and know for sure. Hope this helps.

Ellipal does take a while to show balance, but does work. I transferred matic yesterday.

I have never waited longer than a few seconds to transfer xrp to the titan. ADA was a different story, it took a a few hours for it to show up. You are checking the balance on the app correct. The hardware wallet is just there to sign transactions no coins/token balance will show up on the titan/mini.

The balance could take a while to show but in my experience it’s usually there. I always check the block explorer. I’m glad they added that feature so you can look on chain and make sure it made it to your address

This app takes a very long time to update. There might be times you have to wait two days. Good luck using this cold wallet. You will need it.

Remember, they are a Chinese company. Stock with a US based company.
