When you say that the Ledger „will not connect with the accounts“ are you getting a specific error message in Ledger Live? There is a chance that after you reset your Ledger, you generated a new 24 word recovery phrase and this may be giving you error messages, if you’re trying to access accounts that were created with your „old“ recovery phrase (prior to resetting your Ledger).
Ideally, if you’re ever experiencing synchronization errors in Ledger Live, you can clear your cache („settings“ > „help“ > „clear cache“ > „confirm“) and this will force a re-synchronization between each account and their respective blockchain(s).
Additionally, if you can provide your ticket number that you opened with us, here, I should be able to manually find your inquiry and respond to you from your opened ticket as well!
