Ich habe Probleme mit meinem Nano X. Nachdem ich ihn mit einer Passphrase eingerichtet habe, kann ich keine App installieren. Auf meinem Iphone und Macbook pro schaltet sich der Nano Ledger X ab und ich bekomme die Meldung: ‚Ihr Gerät ist gesperrt‘.

Was ist die Lösung?

Ich habe bereits den Ledger-Support kontaktiert! Meine Fallnummer lautet 766626

Make sure you have the latest and legit ledger live app. If it does the same even than, you will probably need a replacement as it seems to be software error. Only get replacement from the official team!

It’s possible that your firmware or Ledger Live app are out-of-date. Follow [these steps](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404389344913-Check-the-firmware-version?support=true) to check your firmware and check the app store for Ledger Live updates on your phone.

It’s not clear how you’re trying to connect your device, so it’s possible that you’re attempting a wired connection to iPhone which is not supported.

Finally, I recommend connecting to Ledger Live desktop to determine whether the issue stems from your hardware or something specific to your phone.

Ledger nano x device locked few times after trying install few apps on Live. MacBook Pro. Firmware 2.0.2. Also tried to connect cosmos wallet. Message: App doesn’t seem to be open. Please help

Same problem here. Seems that DOT and ZIL are the apps that lock my nano X. Opened Case 789897 2 weeks ago, uploaded logs. No response yet. Obviously this is becoming a very widespread problem
